[Order] How to order, Check order status, Return products and Cancel an order

ORDER VIA WEBSITE:

1. Sign Up or Log-in to your account 

2. Search for your desired product

- using search bar at the top of the site
- by brands or type of products using the buttons at the sidebar

3. Place item to CART if purchasing for more products or select BUY IT NOW button for 1 item purchase

4. Proceed to Order Information

- Do not forget to indicate the available time or day you can receive the order

5. Payment

- ​Cash on Delivery
- Bank Transfer via First Gulf Bank
- Paypal

 

​ORDER VIA SOCIAL MEDIA

1. Message us between 9am - 6pm to receive a quick response from our team at:

2. Please provide the following information to place an order:

- ​Name
- Mailing Address (please indicate if work or home address)
- Contact Number (landline or/and mobile number)
- Email Address
- Ordered product and quantity
- Available time you can receive the product and other special instructions

3. If you are unsure of the product you wanted to purchase, please do not hesitate to ask us for product recommendation

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Our system automatically sends an email once we processed the order.
To know the status of your order, please contact us on our social media accounts or call us.
 

I MADE A MISTAKE! HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Do not panic! If you made a mistake with your purchase, you may cancel the previous order and start over with your shopping again.

To cancel your order, please login to your account and go to the Order List.
Select the Order No. that you would like to cancel and click on the "Cancel" button.


YOU SENT ME A WRONG ITEM OR THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, HOW DO I RETURN IT?

Oops! We deeply apologize if this happens.
Do not worry, you may return the product as long as the product's condition is the same as when it was delivered. 
Just inform us as soon as possible and always make sure that you check the product first before paying the courier.

To replace a damaged products kindly contact us through our Social Media accounts, Whatsapp or Call at +971 565599590.  
Delivered products that is considered damaged can only be replaced if the customer requested it within 24 hrs.
